Datenschutzerklärung – Dinoray

Kurz gesagt: Dinoray sammelt, verfolgt oder verkauft keine personenbezogenen Daten. Alles, was du anlegst, bleibt auf deinem Gerät.

1. Daten, die du in der App anlegst

Die von dir angelegten Ereignisse (Name, Datum, Kategorie, ein optionaler Tagesbetrag und ein optionales Foto) sowie dein gewählter Anzeigename werden lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert.

2. iCloud-Synchronisation und Backup

Wenn iCloud auf deinem Gerät aktiviert ist, können deine Ereignisdaten (nicht deine Fotos) über dein persönliches iCloud-Konto gesichert und synchronisiert werden, damit sie auf deinen anderen Geräten verfügbar sind. Diese Daten werden von Apple unter deiner Apple-ID gespeichert; der Entwickler hat keinen Zugriff darauf. Für die Verarbeitung gilt die Datenschutzerklärung von Apple.

3. Fotos

Fotos, die du Ereignissen hinzufügst, sowie ein optionales Profilfoto werden ausschließlich lokal auf deinem Gerät gespeichert. Die App lädt oder überträgt sie nirgendwohin.

4. Benachrichtigungen

Optionale tägliche Erinnerungen und Meilenstein-Hinweise werden lokal auf deinem Gerät geplant und angezeigt. Es verlassen keine Benachrichtigungsdaten dein Gerät.

5. Käufe

Dinoray bietet eine kostenlose Probezeit und danach einen einmaligen Kauf. Die Zahlung wickelt ausschließlich Apple über dein App-Store-Konto ab. Wir erhalten und speichern keinerlei Zahlungsdaten. Apple stellt uns lediglich anonyme Verkaufsberichte zur Verfügung.

6. Feedback

Wenn du „Feedback senden“ wählst, öffnet die App deine E-Mail-App mit einer an unsere Support-Adresse gerichteten Nachricht. Sendest du sie ab, erhalten wir deine E-Mail samt Inhalt (einschließlich deiner E-Mail-Adresse). Wir nutzen dies ausschließlich, um dir zu antworten und die App zu verbessern. Das Senden von Feedback ist völlig freiwillig.

7. Bewertungen

„App im App Store bewerten“ öffnet den App Store. Für alles Weitere dort gilt Apple.

8. Kein Tracking, keine Dritten

Dinoray enthält keine Werbung, keine Analyse-Tools und kein Tracking durch Dritte. Wir geben keine Daten weiter und verkaufen keine.

9. Diese Website

Diese Website setzt keine Cookies und bindet keine Analysedienste ein. Beim Aufruf werden Schriftarten von Google Fonts geladen; dabei wird deine IP-Adresse an Google übertragen. Der Hoster dieser Seite speichert technisch notwendige Server-Protokolle.

10. Deine Daten löschen

Du kannst all deine Daten jederzeit in der App unter Einstellungen → Konto → Konto löschen entfernen. Dabei werden alle Einträge, dein Name und deine Fotos vom Gerät gelöscht.

11. Kinder

Dinoray erhebt wissentlich von niemandem personenbezogene Daten, auch nicht von Kindern.

12. Änderungen

Wir können diese Erklärung aktualisieren. Das oben genannte Datum „Stand“ gibt die aktuelle Fassung an.

Privacy Policy – Dinoray

In short: Dinoray does not collect, track, or sell your personal data. Everything you create stays on your device.

1. Data you create in the app

The events you add (title, date, category, an optional daily amount, and an optional photo) and your chosen display name are stored locally on your device.

2. iCloud sync and backup

If iCloud is enabled on your device, your event data (not your photos) may be backed up and synced through your personal iCloud account so it is available on your other devices. This data is stored by Apple under your Apple ID; the developer has no access to it. Apple’s handling of it is governed by Apple’s Privacy Policy.

3. Photos

Photos you add to events, and an optional profile photo, are stored only locally on your device. The app does not upload or transmit them anywhere.

4. Notifications

Optional daily reminders and milestone alerts are scheduled and shown locally on your device. No notification data leaves your device.

5. Purchases

Dinoray offers a free trial period followed by a one-time purchase. Payments are processed entirely by Apple through your App Store account. We never receive or store your payment details. Apple provides us only with anonymous sales reports.

6. Feedback

If you choose “Send feedback”, the app opens your email app with a message addressed to our support address. If you send it, we receive your email and its contents (including your email address). We use this solely to reply to you and to improve the app. Sending feedback is entirely voluntary.

7. Ratings

“Rate on the App Store” opens the App Store. Any interaction there is governed by Apple.

8. No tracking or third parties

Dinoray contains no advertising, no analytics, and no third-party tracking. We do not share or sell any data.

9. This website

This website sets no cookies and embeds no analytics. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which transmits your IP address to Google. The host of this site keeps technically necessary server logs.

10. Deleting your data

You can remove all your data at any time in the app under Settings → Account → Delete account. This deletes all entries, your name, and your photos from the device.

11. Children

Dinoray does not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, including children.

12. Changes

We may update this policy. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
